- Your full name as it appears on your listing
- Your NPI number
- The city and state of your practice
- A brief description of the changes you'd like to make

Data Corrections
Our listings are sourced from the NPI Registry (NPPES), a government database maintained by the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services. If you notice incorrect information on a listing — such as an outdated address, wrong phone number, or inaccurate credentials — there are two ways to get it corrected:
- Update at the source: The most effective way is to update your NPI record directly at nppes.cms.hhs.gov. Our directory periodically refreshes from this database, so changes will be reflected automatically.
- Contact us: Email contact@couplescounselorfinder.com with the therapist's name, NPI number, and the specific correction needed. We'll review and update the listing as soon as possible.
Response Time
We aim to respond to all inquiries within 1-2 business days. Profile claims and data corrections may take slightly longer as we verify the information provided.
