By accessing or using Couples Counselor Finder ("the Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Directory Listings

Therapist profiles displayed on this Site are sourced from the public NPI Registry maintained by the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS). This is publicly available government data. Couples Counselor Finder does not verify the accuracy, credentials, or current availability of any listed provider.

Listing on this Site does not constitute an endorsement of any therapist or their services. Users are responsible for independently verifying provider credentials, licensing status, and insurance acceptance before scheduling an appointment.

Therapist Subscriptions

Therapists may claim and enhance their profile through a paid Premium subscription ($29/month). By subscribing you agree to the following:

• Subscriptions are billed monthly and renew automatically until canceled.
• You may cancel at any time from your dashboard. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods.
• You are responsible for ensuring the information on your profile is accurate and up to date.
• Couples Counselor Finder reserves the right to remove any profile that contains false, misleading, or inappropriate content.

Client Inquiries

When a prospective client submits an appointment request through the Site, their contact information is forwarded to the therapist associated with that profile. Couples Counselor Finder is not a party to any therapeutic relationship and is not responsible for any interactions between clients and therapists.

Limitation of Liability

Couples Counselor Finder is a directory service only. We are not a mental health provider and do not provide therapy, crisis services, or medical advice. In no event shall Couples Counselor Finder be liable for any damages arising from your use of the Site or reliance on any information found herein.

Intellectual Property

All content on this Site (excluding NPI Registry data) is the property of Couples Counselor Finder. You may not reproduce or redistribute it without written permission.

Changes to Terms
